Value of your home

Enter in you're address, or anyones address and see the value of the home. Mine was pretty accurate except that they got the number of bedrooms and baths wrong. It also shows the value of all the homes in you're neighborhood.

i've seen this site before....where I am (Raleigh, NC) the pricing is 5-7% high but still a good resource after factoring that uplift in.

Everything near where I live appears to be in the $900k range according to that site, but I know for a fact they don't go quite that high, maybe close, though.
