TSYSTRAY caused an invalid page

After boot up I get a message, TSYSTRAY caused an invalid page fault in module UPGR3260.DLL at 017f:604f1bf4.I have been to the Microsoft site with no answers there. Is anyone familiar with this error and if so how do I resolve it? I'm guessing it is a registry error. gman

It looks like the file UPGR3260.DLL is part of RealJukebox by RealPlayer. I am assuming that the TSystray is your system tray. RealJukebox (as are all REAL products) default is to load in the system tray on startup. You might try disabling the program from running either by msconfig or by opening the program if you can and disabling the startcenter.
