Hopefully by the time I earn my engineering degree (in about 3 or 4 years) Intel will start to produce that technology (even a die with just a fraction of 80 cores would be appreciated). |

I'd like to know what the individual core (die) size is on each of these. I suppose even if's only 65nm, you can still pack a ton bunch into an area less than 1cm^2 (65*80 = only 5.2 micron!). To put this into perspective, Intel 486's had a die size of 1 micron. How far we've come.

i read this the other days its insane. damn intel just trying to kill my AMD
.Im not a particular fan of AMD or Intel i love both but my current computer is AMD so i gotta support lol |
