Simply Amazing

Sony's New Vaio

Some of you may have read about or seen this already but this is just amazing. I was thinking of getting myself a new laptop but now i may just wait a little while and save up the extra cash for one of these instead and by the time i have enough i would not be surprised to see it even more powerful.

Looks cool, but the monitor is a little to small for my taste.. I would wait to see it in a store display before decinding on buying one...

That is true. By my perposes for having a laptop would be for portable music, IMing and the occasional web browsing.

Con’s :
Unit is very expensive.
Keyboard is terrible.
Cursor control is less than satisfactory.

I don't know, if you want to be Iming and one of the con's is a terrible keyboard then you might be disappointed and not to mention out of some serious $$$.

Sony PSP has the capabilities you want and I haven't search but I sure you could find a small keyboard to use with it....it would save you some serious cash.

Actually I think the Nokia n800 would be a better buy, its a lot cheaper and created for the sole purpose of being a portable device that lets you browse the net, can even play music. Though I think a port for instant messaging is coming soon.

I own a psp . And actually i think the typeing with a psp would go slower than with that. The psp browser to be honest is neat but is a little pathetic.
