Help!!! Downgared Vista 2 Xp
HI MY NAME IS JOHN I BOUGHT A HP PRISARIO A6000N LIKE 1 MONTH AGO IT HAD VISTA BUT THE PROGRAMS I USE DON'T WORK SO I HAD MU BUDDY PUT XP PRO NOW AM HAVING PROBLEM WITH THE DRIVERS VIDEO AND AUDIO I TRIED TO GO TO HP BUT ALL THE DRIVERS I FOUND ARE FOR VISTA ALSO MY DVD BURNER WONT WORK INSTADE OF RECANISING IT AS A BURNER IT JUST SAYS DVD ROM AND I CANT BURN ANY DVD SO IF ANY ONE COULD HELP ME I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT THANK Z

1. Please do not post in ALL CAPS. Thank you.
2. If HP does not have XP drivers available, you are out of luck unless you can determine the manufacturer of the video adapter and sound chip and download drivers from them. 3. You need DVD burning software to make it a DVD burner. XP only has builtin CD burning software. EDIT: The audio is a Realtek ALC888 and the graphics are nForce 430 with integrated graphics. Here are the audio drivers for XP: ftp://152.104.238.19/pc/audio/WDM_R170.exe Video is a bit more obscure. the driver that i need for the vidoe is nvidia geforce 6150 se the only one i found is GeForce 6100 nForce 430 driver will this work thaknz

Go here http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp. In the first box choose Graphics driver>Gforce 6 series>Vista 32bit or WinXP 32bit.. One driver will do all.
