Where can I find the addresses of Verizon's Exec's?

I am at war with Verizon Wireless, who have repeatedly failed to provide adequate, let alone excellent, customer service to me.

I have a list of all the current execs of the corporation. I want to escalate my complaints to their level in a firm, professional and polite way, but very firm....

The sods at the lower levels are completely useless to me...

Sooo, if anyone can show me how I can find their snail mail or email addies, I would be very grateful....

I can't help you much with your question but I have to ask what kind of problems you're having that their tech support can't help with. I've had nothing but excellent experiences with Verizon. They always answer right away and are always very helpful.

It's not their tech support, it's their customer service.

Repeated false statements when buying a service or ordering a warranty item and a few other mediocre efforts on their part.

Searching a company thru BBB will sometimes yield that info... it's worth a try.

Well, Two, I tried using their Search feature but didn't get very far. It could be my digital confusion interfering though....

I'd look, TimPoet, but one of the sites I'm having trouble with is BBB.org -- I have a thread on the problem but no takers yet...

We have had horrible service from them as well.. I recently canceled my service with them.. They claimed we owed them $79, I told them no way we haven't had them in 3 months.. They zerored the bill. Then they sent it to collections, then a week later I get a check for $24.41.. I guess on hand doesn't know what the other is doing...

Gee - we have people complaining about Cingular's customer service too - I'd bet that there are horror stories about EVERY carrier out there!

Yeah... prolly there is.

They have little incentive to provide good service sine they have you locked in fro so many mos.... It really sucks. Someone needs to come up with a better business model for cell phone usage.

CNet reports that T-Mobile, whom I just contracted with, has the highest customer service rating. And they did give me a contract with no deposit when the same day ATT demanded $750.... That says a lot to me.

PS I quit receiving email notices on this post for a couple days. I thought no one cared about this issue. Is the server having probs?

You want their home addresses or their business addresses? It may be more effective to write to the Board of Directors. You can find out who they are and get their business addresses in any financial website.

Tip: You have to be very level headed and rational in you're written correspondence on paper...otherwise you get labeled as a wack job and deleted. Don't show any anger in you're letter. Why do I say paper?...because deleting an email is a mouse click away and letters MUST be read completely and are kept longer before they are placed in the round file. Send you're letter certified or better yet registered mail...they take those letters much more seriously. Address you're letter to the CEO of the company although the CEO will never read the letter, it will get routed differently than all the other complaint emails get routed....giving your problem a better chance of being taken care of than all the other gripe letters and emails. Let them know that if you are ignored for more than 14 days then you will be contacting you're attorney. You have to become a thorn in their side that they cannot ignore.

It's been working erratic for me, too, for a week or so... I'll get none, the I'll get a bunch of duplicates (which is better than none as at least you getting them).

Financial website? Cool. Thanks. What term should i use in a google search?

Yeah, I intend on being cool and professional. I once wsaw this guy on a talk show who dubbed himslef a professional complainer. He had recvd countless free gimmies from different corporations he complained to.

His way was to write every biz exec at once, using brighltly colored paper describing his case. The idea was to get all the VP's buzzing about his concern at the same time. Very effective method.

That's what I am gonna do. The 14 day notice to atty is a great one, too. I've already posted the damaging truth about their customer service on Amazon's site page for customer reviews.... The campaign will escalate in calculated measures....

I disagree with this suggestion.

When I worked in banking, I saw more than my fair share of complaint letters (collections departments drawn them like honey draws flies).

Over the years, I never really worried too much about folks who threatened to sue or contact a lawyer. they are blowing smoke nearly 100% of the time.

It is the ones with clearly defined issues, who are calm, cool, collected in their written complaint (hand written draws far more attention than a type letter), and have a very specific, realistic resolution spelled out that are the dangerous ones. those folks WILL go to an attorney and they will have built their case with documentation and evidence that the company ignored them - - they make very compelling, easy to present and sympathetic cases.

So the best way to approach this is:

1) CEO's are good targets
2) neatly handwritten, polite, organized, non-raving letter
3) clearly and concisely stated issue (facts only, bullet points are nice - corporate america LOVES bullet points)
4) clearly, concise and reasonable solution
5) where they can conact you if they need further clairification and/or where to send the resolution (phone and hard address, no PO boxes, please)

If they ignore you and don't respond within 30 days - send the letter again, with a copyof the 1st letter to indicate that it is the 2nd attempt - ignored again? 3rd letter, sent certified.

If they ignore you - 3 times then go get 'em and then it is so easy.

OTOH, you can also do the "make a scene in a coprotately owned store" play. Do a little recon - find a local, corporately owned (not an agent) store. Find out when they are busiest. Then at the peak of their "rush", walk in, ask for the manager and in a firm, clear, stern, polite voice (not yelling) state your complaint, indicate that you are tired of being ignored and if you customer service is like that why should you stay with their company. Beleive me, that will get their attention in an awful big hurry.

i have been complained to so many times, i remember the ones that convinced me (or the ones that bit us).

Complaining is an art form - do it right and honest forthright companies will do whatever they can to meet your eminently reasonable solution.

hoovers is your friend for all sorts of neat info.
