How to Get a Human on the Phone...Now

Ever get tired of those corporate phone systems from Hell where you get routed perhaps four or more times and then sometimes get hung up on or have to wait and wait and wait, when all you needed was to talk to a human?

What about when you pick the wrong number and have to start all over?

http://gethuman.com/print.html

This one is definitely worth bookmarking.

I find that no matter what the IVR I've called, I keep mashing the 0 button and it usually gets me to an op.

lol. =P

I haven't had to use the list yet - I just say "help" or cough into the phone or mash 0 and a few seconds later get rerouted.

This is a worthwhile repost though. I remembered the other thread from last year and just HAD to quote you!

I thought you maybe intentionally reposted the link b/c you realized it's a great site to share with those who may not have seen it yet. Right? *nudge nudge wink wink*

Is there a Get even with Bill Gates.Com???
Windows XP64 is as BAD as ME. Probably worse since there are few drivers available.
Sorry, I'm just venting. My XP64 system I built has been nothing but problematic since day 1. Just had it Reboot about 5 times in a row. I think I straightend its A** out now.

Thanks for sharing that, but what does it have to do with automated telephone customer service?

Second that, has nothing to do with this discussion...

On a side note, I would do some diagnostic checking before blaming Bill Gates as it is a new system, you could possibly have some defective hardware.
