Using a Head Hunter
Has anyone here ever used a Head hunter to help them in locating a job?
If so, was it succesful? Any problems that you can think of when using a head hunter? I am thinking about looking for another position, and was thinking about using a head hunter to help me locate a job that will pay me what I am asking and the level of position that I am seeking. I have never used one, nor do I really know how to go about finding a good one. Any help on this subject would be most beneficial. Thanks is advance |

Insist that you ONLY want an Employer pays the fee job....Meaing you don't want to give a headhunter 10 to 20% of your anual income...
The larger well known firms have a bit of an advantage in that they are usually in bed with larger companies.... I had a HH once that wanted me to come see him before and after invertviews....I spent more time in his office then I did at interviews.... Should also spend a bunch of time on-line at sites like www.Monster.com
