There was no part of me that thought that it was awesome. The title, itself, made me think that here's a prime candidate for Second Life, seeing that the first one is a waste.

You wouldn't like a unfortunately-placed lightning strike while you were showing them all off...

I think the setup is real but the WOW part is fake. Read the comments below the pictures. After close inspection, I think the photos with the WOW boxes are Photoshop'd.

yeah, those WOW boxes dont fit right in that picture.... i'd say photoshoped. but the setup is pretty sweet! i know i would have no use for it but i would love to have that in my room! haha

but seriously, i have never played WOW and know very little about it, but why would you want/need to control 23 different accounts? how could you even do all 23 at once?

I counted like 60+ machines setting there - not 47.

If this is true, then how much bandwidth would it take to do something like this?

If not fake, that's impressive. I'd like to have a monitor array like that.

$15 a month x 23 = $345 excluding tax, electricity, etc. to run that entire setup for one month. Why would you need 47+ computers to run 23 accounts though? You really only need 23 of them...

There's literally no way you could successfully control that many characters at one time and actually achieve anything in the game.

EDIT: I clicked around on that site and found the original posting. It says he controls 23 accounts, his girlfriend controls 23, and the last one is a server. So that would mean 46 accounts, which equals $690 a month.
