Hello everyone, I want to figure out how to get a custom avatar. I've looked everywhere and can't find out!

Sorry I had to go cut the grass but this is address to you glc,

Here is my public appology to glc. I meant to say "Thanks for NOT deleting my sig". I worked for a long time on the sig so I wasn't being sarcastic. But I understand why you delted it, becuase I am a boob =[. Anyways I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me glc for you helped me with my current build.....alot. So thank you and I'm sorry, and now I have no problem making my sig again =]
