I would roto-till whats remaining of the grass, cover the ground with those ugly white rocks and place a few of those plastic animals that are found in you're typical granny yard and ask the officer in a sweet and innocent granny voice: "Does this look better?"

or cover it in old cars , scraps of steel and used bath tubs . make sure you throw in a old lawnmower and wala .
hmm at work we have a sale 1000$ for a excavator car body , im sure that would look awesome out front of that house . |

thats just sad....
my yard looks like that...if I water it then I have to mow it...duh.. but we havent had any rain here and we also have city water...so when the rain is low we are on reduced water...so no watering the lawn...
