Name that Song!

Some of you have probably played this game before, but it was quite popular in another forum I was on before they got shut down. Basically, I'll say a line or phrase from a song, the next person guesses the name of the song and who wrote/sang/played it and posts another line from a different song. I'll kick it off with an easy one:

This one is a doozie, so I'll give you a few hints.

Hint 1: 1st word has 5 letters, 2nd word has 9.

Hint 2: February 15, 1994

Hint 3: Irish

The line is: You say you're not in love but you love me.

I'll let you guys skip it for 3 rounds, and if nobody gets it I'll spill the beans. This band and thus this song title can be found using conventional search methods, but plan on digging deeper than normal.
