New Build succesful
Thanks to everyone who helped me put together my first self built PC. I had a blast putting it together and whenever I got stuck I simply did a search of the forums here and found out why I was stuck. I only needed to post a question here once and I got the answer I needed. Thanks again all.
Here is what I built: AMD Athlon 1.4 GHz 266 Soyo Dragon w/ on board sound and ethernet card IBM Deskstar 40 GB HDD Atapi 52X CD-Rom (will be upgraded when $ becomes available) Rage 128 Pro Xpert 2000 32 MB vid card more to come as I save $

Good job puma, keep us posted on how the new Soyo Dragon board works out. You're the first person at this forum (that I'm aware of) that's used that board. I'm considering the Dragon for a future build, but that's down the road.

Congrats, you'll be hooked. Like Lawman says, report back on the Dragon. I'm itching for one myself.
