Really??? I didn't have any problems getting through or with my photo... I do receive a bunch of errors on the site and it won't let me save the pic, so I had to take a screenshot and cut out the pic.

I'll go try it on the laptop and see if it makes a diff...

Edit: works fine on the laptop... I definitely have problems with the desktop

Since I don't have any photos on this machine, I used a news shot of Hillary Clinton

The photo should be a high contrast picture and a close facial shot... I have heard a white background is suggested, but the pic I used had a very dark background, but it was close and I would consider it high contrast.
