11x14, 12x18, larger if my resolution allows for it.

I took 6MP photos of exactly 2816 X 2112 pixels.

Adoramapix is very well regarded and has great prices on huge prints.

Hmm. I see what you mean. $1.99 each for 11x14 for another day or so. I actually signed on with them yesterday but didn't order.

I decided to order a few prints from them to give them a chance.

While I was at it, I decided to see if they had lens cleaners at a good price. It turns out that they're a little sneaky and have different prices for their amazon storefront and their own website. One of the lens pens I was looking at similarly priced on Adorama's website not including shipping, as it was from amazon including shipping.

I've used Shutterfly before for a couple of 11x14s (they had a promotion for a freebie that size), and they turned out nicely. Used them for a few other things as well.

I've purchased a few things from Adorama Camera, like a tripod and other equipment. No troubles there, but I've not used them for prints.

Well, my 11x14s are backordered from Adorama. Go figure, they probably ran out of paper since my 25 free 4x6s should be on time.

I've ordered free prints from Snapfish recently so will see how those go. I might order from shutterfly as well since they too offer free prints for new customers.

For equipment, I'll probably stick with B&H since Adorama has somewhat of an iffy customer service reputation.

Beware of Adorama's shipping policies especially through their Amazon store front. They seem to work OK most of the time, but are annoying nonetheless. Their expedited shipping is not quite expedited and grossly overpriced. Their reports on stock are also frequently wrong :P

Nothing but great experiences from B&H!

That is a very good idea. I used Adorama from time to time in the past and had no problems. More recently, I ordered a lens from them, they told me there was a problem with the order, when i contacted them they tried to upsell me unnecessary filters, they held the order several more days, and eventually, the lens which WAS in stock when I placed the order, was out of stock and they said it would be 2 weeks until more stock was received. I cancelled the order and ordered it from B&H. I won't deal with Adorama for equipment any more.

But I'd still consider them for prints, because of their rep. for excellent quality and good prices.
