is this spam: refer a friend to ebay get $50...

ok so this was sent to my junk email inbox (see attachment). never heard of this before. im assuming its just spam. just wanted to confirm. anyone know? Thanks.

The catch seems to be that it's only $5 per referred person for up to 10 people for up to $50, each has to sell on ebay, and each has to never have sold on ebay, and some more fine print I suppose... That's too much work for a potential of $5 per person for me
