Where's the best site for HDTV reviews?
I would like to help a friend make a wise HDTV purchase.
Other than some links for accurate TV reviews, what sage advice do y'all have? Price range under $1500 1080 tween 40 and 48 inches No gaming

Edit: I just plugged in to Google "HDTV reviews" and came up with a bunch of reviews sites...perhaps some are even unbiased?

This site http://www.avguide.com/the-perfect-vision is pretty good. It is an online magazine with many articles and reviews on HDTV and the latest audio, etc. You can even search past issues. Car guys will like the sister version "Perfect Road"

BigRed got there first with avguide so I'll add PCMagazone.
No matter what you think of what they've done in the past they've done in the past Robert Heron has done a spectacularly good job covering HDTVs at that site. Go here : http://www.pcmag.com/category2/0,2705,1638887,00.asp |
