I've scoured TigerDirect's website looking for a way to cancel my online order (which I ordered on Oct. 5 and has yet to arrive). Does anyone who's bought from them online know how I can cancel on their website, or do I have to call them? One thing's for sure, I'll never buy from them again!
Please, only people who have bought from them answer! TIA! |

I would call. Chances are that whatever you ordered is in the mail especially since the 5Th was only a week ago. Be advised anything that is shipped UPS Ground usually takes 7-10 business days.
