I'm now sick of sprint

Once again (twice)in one week they shut off mine and daughters phone off.. Why well when I purchased my new phone and payed cash, the rep at the local sprint store charged it to my bill as well.. the phone cost me $149 and after mail in rebate will cost me $50. the phone itself without service is $400.. Now we have two accounts with 2 phones each on each account.. Yesterday I thought it was all squared away, but once again I'm on the phone with sprint tearing my hair out trying to get them to fix their mess once again.. I'm sick and tired of their incompetence and screwing up my service..

It sure did, it was good while it lasted.. Their biggest problem is one department might have information that the other does not.. Like I said they claimed in the finance department that I owed over $500 and their CS department says I owe nothing no kidding.. The problem is the moron at the sprint store charged my new phone to my account when I purchased it in cash.. Then they claimed I owed over $50 for text messaging, when in fact we have unlimited text messaging for free.. What even more strange, is that we have another account with the same options and are not having any problems with it..
