Need book recommendation

I recently built a computer for a co-worker who is in her late 50's. I gave her some basic training when I set the computer up. She refuses to write anything down, so she forgets what I tell her 5 minutes later. Therefore, the training just goes in circles. She wants more training, so I want to recommend some very basic books for Windows, Word, Internet and email usage. Anyone have any ideas? The books need to be very basic, because about all she can do is turn it on, and open anything that is on her desktop. Other than that she is lost.

Thanks much

The "Idiots guides" or "for dummies" books are good for begineers - my Sister is completely lost when it comes to computers but these helped her loads!

Even better, is another series published by the "Dummies" people...it's the Visual Simplified series or such. It's basically pictures! A picture is worth a thousand words!

Thanks for the help. I think I will get her the Visual Simplified books, and hopefully she will be able to follows those, rather than calling me all the time!

No doubt! Being assistant net admin, I've learned that no matter how well you document anything, someone can screw it up, even when they "didn't do anything."
