I totally dig BK's fries over McD's any day....

I prefer McD's for breakfast and BK for everything else....

I prefer McDonalds "chips" but overall prefer BK's other stuff by a mile.

EzyStvy, is that your desktop, and if so, what is that cool app running just above your taskbar?

McDonalds fries are definitely the best out of those two but there is a local chain here called BurgerVille and they have even better fries. That's not to mention that they have sweet potato fries when they're in season.

In-N-Out Burger is clearly the best. It's all very fresh if you don't mind the lines. I don't think they have any on the East Coast though.

They cut their potatoes right there and fry them...cant beat that.

I think McDonald's fries come from some sort of pureed potato paste and are then formed back into frie shaped potato product....whatever it is, it is definitely not pure whole potato's.

Out of the nationwide chains, I think Burger King has the most wholesome and freshest burgers. McDonald's, the worst.

They don't have any in Washington either. Burgerville is similar though. Everything they use comes from local sources and they have a lot of seasonal stuff. Right now they have raspberry shakes/smoothies and WallaWalla sweet onion rings/burgers... Tasty.... I love their hazelnut shakes where they simply take whole hazelnuts and grind them up and put them in the shake.

According to my doctor, eating this kind of food is like poisoning yourself. Not much in the way of nutrients is left after the food have been processed then frozen for a few years.
One of the guys who work for me worked for Burger King for years as a manager at one of their facilities, any idea what kind of perservatives they put in that garbage they call food? America has one of the worst diets in the entire world, this is why more than half of us are obese.
I used to eat this junk myself, when I came off it and started eating real human food, like mediteranian and other Asian ethnic cuisine, I lost a ton of weight, I used to have skin issues, it all went away.
Do yourself a favor and eat right, in my opinion McDonalds and Burger King food is not fit for dogs let alone humans.

I'm not big on either of their fries, but between the two, BK's are a little better, IMO. McD's fries get cold too fast and turn into little cold stiff potato sticks. My personal choice around here is either Braum's Ice Cream store or Western Sizzlin'. Braum's has crinkle cut fries that are real crispy outside yet soft inside and Western Sizzlin' has the fries with the skins on 'em still. We were told that they cut their own fries, but I don't know whether that's true or not. Great taste though, so I wouldn't doubt it.

It's my alll time favorite app:

StatBar is a freeware system status bar which provides a handy, orderly overview of your system's condition. StatBar comes with 6 different color schemes and 19 information modules, allowing you to monitor and control various aspects of your system. This includes memory, CPU and disk usages, system uptime, Winamp control, network throughput, Internet time synchronization, and more.

Guess I should have added more sarcasm to my original post regarding the POPUP AD about food on a computer technical site
