can placing foot on computer cause health hazards

Hi there. I recently got a bump under my foot and I think it may have been due to resting my foot on a old desktop computer that I have under my desk but I am not sure.....Can those things cause health hazards....i know that there is electricity etc....

No, the bump isn't from the computer. Computers are isolated very well from RF and are electricly isolated from the case. The most you may get from resting your foot on the computer is a callous. Could be getting a planters wart or may be some kind of bruise.

Only if the computer falls over on your other foot.

Concur with the Daves. In fact, the reason computers have metal cases is to provide shielding from EM waves.
