Premium Membership

I am trying to upgrade to a premium membership. However when I register I am being told that the user name is already taken. I wanted to keep the user name "pastorleon." Am I missing a simple solution or am I just required to choose a different name.

Thanks glc for the suggestion. I decided late last night to just join premium under another name very similar to the one I use in this forum. After several years of gleaning invaluable information for free, I felt the need to pay back in a small way and am looking forward to using the premium features.

I wish you had not done that, it was more than just a "suggestion". The rule we have here for one account per member still applies, whether it's a premium membership or not. I'm going to HAVE to ask you to work this out with support. All I can do at this end is merge your old account into your new one, using your NEW username, and if you take no action, I HAVE to do it. Support can change your username on the premium side of the house, I can't.

You are to be commended for your intentions!! Is best though to keep original name for admin purposes...the admin folks like things smooth and such. Welcome aboard

This issue is not resolved - we now have 2 accounts with the same username but different e-mail addresses, and I can't merge them.
