Flatscreen Recommendations

I have my missus talked into a flat screen monitor for me for Christmas. I want recommendations. We would like to spend around $400.00 but that's ballpark. Be specific with your brands and costs please.

I was just browsing in the shop not intending to buy anything. But I was IMPRESSED with the AG Neovo! The pix was bright and shrap. Much better than the other units on the shelf. Maybe you can find it cheaper!

That budget will restrict you to a 15 inch panel - I am sure there are better, but Sam's Club is selling the KDS RAD-5 for $339. This is a decent analog-only (no DVI) unit. KDS bought out Radius a couple of years ago, and they were a good name in the Mac monitor field. Native resolution is 1024x768.

Carl may mean a flat screen CRT, not a flat panel ... if that's it, it would probably be a 19".

Check out Staples.com for an Envision flat SCREEN monitor. They look fairly decent and a good price! I bought one for my son to go to college a couple months ago!
