Holiday Greeting for My Friends

Hello friends,

I wanted to send some sort of holiday greeting to my friends and colleagues, but it is difficult in today's world to know exactly what to say without offending someone. So I met with my lawyer yesterday, and on advice I wish to say the following :

Please accept with no obligation, implied or implicit, my best wishes for an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low stress, non addictive, gender neutral celebration of the winter solstice holiday practiced with the most enjoyable traditions of religious persuasion or secular practices of your choice with respect for the religious / secular persuasions and / or traditions of others, or their choice not to practice religious or secular traditions at all.

I also wish you a fiscally successful, personally fulfilling and medically uncomplicated recognition of the onset of the generally accepted calendar year 2012, but not without due respect for the calendar of choice of other cultures whose contributions to society have helped make our country great (not to imply that our country is necessarily greater than any other country) and without regard to the race, creed, color, age, physical ability, religious faith or sexual preference of the wisher.

By accepting this greeting, you are accepting these terms :

This greeting is subject to clarification or withdrawal. It is freely transferable with no alteration to the original greeting. It implies no promise by the wisher to actually implement any of the wishes for her / him or others and is void where prohibited by law, and is revocable at the sole discretion of the wisher. The wish is warranted to perform as expected within the usual application of good tidings for a period of one year or until the issuance of a new wish at the sole discretion of the wisher.

Best Regards (without prejudice)

Name withheld (Privacy Act).

Ahh $crew it..

Merry Christmas! So sue me now.

I have never seen in the Constitution where it says that people have the right to not be offended.

Holiday Wishes

To all here, I would wish for you the best of Holidays. May God grant happiness and peace to all the peoples of the world.

To Ezy: Thank you for that simply marvelous rendition of O Holy Night. Music and singing have been a life-long love of mine, and that particular version and the harmony brought great peace to me. Again, Thank you.

Remember the Four Stages of Santa Claus:

1. You believe in Santa Claus.

2. You no longer believe in Santa Claus.

3. You are Santa Claus.

4. You now look like Santa Claus.

I definitely don't want a new one (of the latter), don't care if it's prosperous or not.

Whenever I need to type something in Spanish I always type it out in MS Word first so I can add the accents and then cut and paste it here or where ever I need it.
