Is It Just Me
I'm almost certain that Kia made more than one car... I went today to look for a repair book for my 06 Sportage. Went to O Reilly's, Auto Zone and even Walmart.. All they have is one book, and it is for the Kia Sadona, and Spectra.. Now if you want one for a Ford, Chevy, Chrysler, Toyota etc, there are plenty..

It never seems to matter what vehicle I own, the local shops have every repair manual except the one for my vehicle.

most manufacturers will use same platform for multiple vehicles and years, so if you get a manual for your cars manufacturer look at the powertrain that pertains to your vehicle... repairs will be same although you might need to remove certian parts out of the way for your particular car ... ie a windows xp comp whether its in a hp or dell or homemade the techniques and repairs will be similar if not the same... (prob bad example but you know what i mean... most likely)

What you really should do is look on Ebay and see if you can find a factory service DVD. These make Haynes/Chilton look like crap.
A lot of them are going to be time-locked - but all you have to do is set the date back on the computer. |

I see several on Ebay for less than $10 - some are on CD, others are a PDF download.

Did a refined search, and found what I'm looking for.... Here is another problem I'm having. About a yr ago someone broke my center arm rest.. Now it consists of three separate pieces. What a nightmare it is to find that.. Been to all the local bone yards, with no luck.. The parts catalog only mentions the arm rest itself which is a whooping $300. Can't find one on Ebay either. Hopefully I can find one some day but for now just keep on looking..

I have had good luck finding downloadable pdf manuals for many cars online. Never tried for a Kia though.

The slower curing epoxy is stronger. The carbon chains have more time to lengthen. Epoxy should never get really hot when it cures, if so it comes out too brittle. It should only get warm at best. I know this having done a LOT of epoxying around boats.
Never add in more curing agent (Part B) than what the instructions call for in order to shorten the curing time.

I've used some brands of epoxy that do get quite hot when curing, and others that barely get warm... it all depends on how fast it starts curing when the chain. reaction occurs.
