Interesting. I have to respect those who stand up (even if risky) instead of taking the less risky and maybe even less expensive route simply because it is expedient or they want to just get it over with and move on.

Thanks for posting this, I read the entire article. Newegg's strategy of seeking to have the patents ruled invalid was outstanding. If the patents are ruled invalid, the plaintiff's case collapses like a house of cards. Great story.
