Looking for some books
Hi all,
I'm looking for some books that explain computers and computer parts in detail (such as cpu, hdd, motherboard architecture, etc.,), basically on the nitty gritty of how stuff works. Does anyone have any book suggestions? Thanks in Advance. |

If you're looking for a very detailed descriptions of how every part works then check out How Computers Work, but that may be too complicated. If you just want a general overview of computer parts check out the For Dummies books.

Thanks for the replies guys. Yep, I'm looking for books that get into details, it doesn't matter if they are complicated, eventually I'll figure it out
. Thanks again.

How Stuff Works
I've got Peter Norton's "Inside the PC" published by SAMS. Look for books that are published by QUE- those are good books. |
