fqpissed deleted files

Happy New Year everybody...i really enjoy your forum. i'm a Newbee and if my questions sound dumb, i appologize.
i was wondering if there is a way to restore deleted files, evenso they are no longer in the recycle bin..( i know windows saves everything, i just dont know where...)

Which version of Windows is this? Personally, I would consider the files gone. The options available may also depend on how critical these files are.
If indeed a solution is found, for the time being, do not write any new data to the hard drive ... or even use that computer.

its not a critical thing......i deleted some stuff from the puter and put it in the recycle bin , of course now i emptied it. i'm not talking about anything critical, just some pictures and such......but thanks for your reply,
