Cool Anyone wants a very good employee?

THIS MEAL'S SIDE ORDER IS TOO RICH

Would like opinions on this

I would post mine later(it will be no matter to reponses).

I'd like Ron's(law side) opinion too.

Not legally entitled to it....hmmmmm.....it was handed over to him after all. have you ever watched fastfood workers? Most of them tend to look inthe bad just to make sure they didn't miss something or didn't grab the wrong bag!!!

Considering how many times my drive through order's have been screwed up over the years, I'd consder the money even up.

Guess I better get off the pc and read the paper or watch tv news more often. Tracy, Ca is about 25 miles from here and haven't seen a thing about it.

If I had gotten the money, I would figure my Higher Power must have wanted me to have it. As far as whether or not

, even if you find money on the steet, you are SUPPOSED to turn it in. IF NOBODY CLAIMS IT, then it belongs to you. Personally for $12,000 in cash I think I would drive out of state and turn it in to the police in Phoenix and wait until nobody claimed it!

When I eat at a Fast Food Chain, probably 60% of the time they screw up the order. That will teach the guy for not checking his order before he left the parking lot.

First of all, this all story stinks, IMHO.

$12,000 in fast food joint?

Where from?
$12,000 for very busy fast food joint's(I mean like it could be in downtown Manhattan, NYC)- a one weeks sales $'s. Was it a store size of Costco?
What kind moron- owner/manager would keep all $$$ for all week in the store? Not talking that any employee can grab it...
Money are deposited daily in such kind business, unless, someone who runs this business is a total idiot.

If that's happened for real, someone who got the $$$- must keep it. Just because of the reasons as above.

Keeping the money is theft.

The arguments for "consideration" (Like that Lawyer Ron ) are fuscous.

Not likely!

Never trust the NY Post... Just like the rest of our newspapers in this country they're just another rag mag looking to make a buck and will print anything to do so!

This story has been around for quite sometime and it looks like some poor sap didn't have anything to write about so (s)he brought it back to meet a deadline!

Besides like Gintaras said... "$12,000 in fast food joint?" I don't believe it for a moment!

Just my $.02!

assuming this story is true... I think the guy should give the money back. even if the law says he can keep it, it's not his and it isn't right. I'm betting anyone who disagrees would change their mind real fast if they accidentally handed over $12k.
