Gunshy

Does anyone else feel a little gunshy about starting new threads in G.D.

I have one in mind but it is in no way tech related and I don't want to raise the ire of the mods.

Nope. Post a topic, if you think it's touchy, post at Forumclick where you can really shoot your mouth off

Cool

What me worry?

Dont worry the mods can only know for sure that your post should not be posted until after they read it. Give them a fair chance.

Are we allowed to post non-technical topics on the GD forum any more?

I do believe that you always were allowed, but that "touchy" topics be taken over to Forumclick where pretty well anything goes.

When there were a lot of discussions on 9/11, a new forum, Contemporary Terrorism ,
was created specifically to accommodate the need. As Dok says: "If we were to get rid of everything not PC Related, this forum would be almost as lame as that Screen Savers show on TechTV." [taken from here.]

Sorry, I shouldn't of even brought it up. I hope I haven't caused any further confusion.

Hey PMich, the only confusion is what the topic you want to bring forth is ... actually, I have a few of my own I was thinking of bringing up. Bring them on! ... [potential yikes]
