Well, if you have a "vivo" card, you can do that too, just plug in your tv. And run "The Playa" :P

Jeez, all that card is is a glorified VO (Video Output) card with a remote. Yippee!!! Any AGP or PCI card with TV output can do what the xcard can do -- less the remote. It's not even fully hardware accelerated -- it's only hardware supported playback! Get the Hollywood+ w/remote -- at least that's got full hardware acceleration.
