*New* Post your desktop thread!

Haven't seen one of these in a while, I always like seeing peoples workspaces...

Here are my two... The first is after a pretty recent format, so it's still fairly clean

I'm one of those that DETESTS keeping icons on the desktop. I use WinKey to open frequently used programs and files.

It's a simple desktop that the wife likes to change frequently.

I agree, no offense to those with the 8 billion icons on your desktops, but you guys really tick me off when your machines come across my bench. Even worse is when they move the "My Computer" and "Network Neighbourhood" icons.

Hey George, you need more icons in your system tray

Come on now HAL, I only have 3 more than you. The worst I've ever seen though is this man on an airplane once, on a laptop. The ENTIRE dtop was full of crap. And it was at a very high resolution too.

The one pet peeve I have though is the "My" on everything.... I rename them Computer, Network Places, Documents, Pictures etc...

You're right Hal LOL....for me it's one of those "doctors make the worst patients things", and definitely not "practice what I preach"

I can't stand having to sift through a cluttered desktop, but since I have to fix my own I figure it's ok

Not yours that I was referring to

To make a JPG, paste it into Paint, and when you go to save, save as whatever.jpg

Not too bad - 10 correct. No, Webshots and Eudora are both incorrect. Anyone else want to fill in the blanks?

I did the picture myself.

However, my desktop is at 1600x1200 resolution so I had to resize it to get the picture to upload.
