Tranfering Outlook Express Messages?

How do I tranfer my email messages and Address book from XP to another XP? Thanks.. (outlook express).

search for *.DBX and *.WAB on the computer and then all you need is to copy paste and import . The address book you need only to copy - make sure that you get the right one if there are more than one person using your computer...
