Opera......looks quite good.

Well I've taken some folks advice and downloaded and installed Opera and it looks quite impressive.
Just some things though, it sometimes displays websites a bit weird and seems to display incorrect fonts.
Another thing is, sometimes when I open a new web page my scroll wheel stops working when trying to scroll up/down a page.

Most web sites are designed for IE so you will have these little issues with most/all other browsers. There is no way around it.

I just downloaded it too so I could check my web design work in Netscape, Explorer and Opera to see how the pages looked and worked. cross browser stuff is a real dither.

At any rate the opera I have is the new one but the skins don't hold. Am only using the one that came with it but sometimes it's dark and the buttons are weird looking. Thought it might be if I wasn't connected but that wasn't it, they sometimes look right and so does the skin provided and sometimes look funky

but I do like its speed on load. better than any of the others. I still build to Explorer tho cause at least 60% or better of people use it according to some stats (not from MS but an outside entity).

Send a message via ICQ to Kangaair
I have been using it for about two weeks now and really liking it. The only thing I don't like is it has no spell checker in e-mail, I really miss that.
useless_1 check and make sure you have the java turned on. That is one thing I like, the popup killer that is built in.
