alianware laptops
what do u guys think about the alianware laptops? Are they good bad? From what i can tell there very nice systems but if anyone has had problems with them or anything let me know?Im thinking about buying.

Maximum PC Mag August 2002 Issue reviewed the Area 51-M, they gave it a kicka$$
this sucker is HEAVY at 9.8 pounds on the lap and 11.1 pounds for the carry weight. If you can not find the issue (the lead sory and picture on the cover is Give WinXP a clean start and has a squugee going over the window logo) let me know and I can quote some more |

I here they are good and come from a solid company, but you also should consider that they are desktop processors in laptop form. Also see this thread, http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.p...ght=alienware.

yeah...thescreensavers reviewed one just the other day and said you'd be getting more bang for the buck with the new compaq. but they sure look nice

doesn't alienware making high end gaming systems?? ...kind worthless to pay their high prices for a laptop.
