heights scare me, but i still like to go up in tall buildings and on tall rides. it gives me a thrill, i guess. and spiders are gross. i don't mind killing them, but i can't stand the thought of one on me.

Becoming a drooling, grumpy old fart ... er too late on that one.
Maybe being mistaken for Homer Simpson. Becoming a Florida fan. Having to use Windows 3.0 again. Having to go back to dialup. Getting on Doc's bad side. Having to pay to make idiotic posts like this. To name but a few. |

Insects, butterflies and grasshoppers. In fact, aside from arachnids, ants, bees and flies, anything with more than four legs and/or with no fur gets me histerical.

Noises in the night. As deaf as I am, I can hear a creak or some unrecognizable sound and it bothers me immensely until I'm satisfied what it is. Guess it goes back to another time...

Spiders and flying insects bother me. I cannot be around them. It is strange; when I see a spider or something big flying around, I get a weird ringing in my ears and I have to get away.
Another thing that I just thought of, given some recent troubles with auto service: if I see on the street the mechanics who have @^$@!$ up my car, I fear that I will not have something to beat them with. |

Flashing red lights in my rearview mirror, or on my cable modem.
BSOD's during a BIOS flash. Loaded guns pointed at me. Of course I'm just kidding about everything except the red light on my modem. |

For me it's heights and multiple choice questions on final exams. They make it so every choice seems like the right answer and I can never pick with one.

With multiple choice they can be both "devious" and lazy. A lot of teachers use them to cut down of there work load.
I am new to posting here so I was wondering how do you make a quote in your reply? |
