What happen with this forums?
Hi people.
I am just wondering what happen with this forums. (not complaining just wondeging what's going on )I have been a member for quite a while already and I love it. However I noticed something lately. Everytime I post in Hardware Forum (hardware related issues obviously) everything moves fast. Not all my questions are about hardware then I decided to place a topic in the proper forum. (Novel and Networking in this case) I have been waiting for someone to dare to help me with that topic, but only one person was able to (thanks LIL JIMMIE )but still looking for some help. I wanto to thank to Windmorrisgate, GLC, HAL, Tworails among others that are always ready to help people around, but do you people (PEOPLE=Everyone who share their knowledge) read and support the rest of the forums? I am wondering if mod's in other forums have the same availability that mod's here have. By the way if someone can help me on my thread HERE is a link to it. It is related to VPN connectivity Your help will be highly appreciated. Sorry if this bothers someone but this is just a very personal tought Anybody else with the same feelings? Alex123 |

You will get your best help by posting in the appropriate forum. I can only assume the reason you are not getting responses to your thread is nobody knows the answers.
I'm moving this to General Discussion which is the appropriate forum for this particular thread. |

Yes, I have read your thread, and I have never used a VPN. My business is oriented toward individuals and very small businesses, and we have never had the need to investigate VPN's (yet!). What remote access we do have experience with has been with PC Anywhere and VNC.
I don't have the answers for everything - I learn more here than I teach if you know what I mean. |

Also we are getting into the Holiday season so many people have other commitments.
As to me, I keep this forum up when I am at work just to have something to do. (I work in the power industry and if I am doing my job correctly then I am doing nothing) And because of this I can react pretty quick to a post if I know the answer. However when I am on days off I tend only to look at it once a day. And I will be in Las Vegas part of next week for Comdex (yeah it is just a good excuse to go) so part of the week I will not be on here. |
