Talking Nba Playoffs, Coming!

who do you think will win the next ring? is it the defending champs, Lakers? or will it be the ever consistent Kings? maybe the Sixers have a chance. who knows? share your opinions about the upcoming nba playoffs.

Kings can win it but not sure if they will. It all depends who want it more. At the beginning of the season it seemed Lakers didn't care if they won another championship or not as they already won 3 but now it seem they want another one. So time will tell, I personally predict that kings will win even do I’m Lakers fan. I just feel that kings want it much more then Lakers due.

no one is thinking about san antonio. i am a lakers fan, the spurs are the one team the lakers havent beaten yet.
the kings have mental breakdowns against the lakers, i think they want a championship, but are they mentally ready to take it to la......

As it stands... the Lakers might not make it out of the first round. If they play the Mavs they might make it to the 2nd since the Mavs just cant beat LA for some reason.

West: San Antonio VS Sacramento
Winner: Sacramento in 6

In the EAST Detroit will probably make it to the finals while NJ might not its iffy but i'll still root for them... I forgot how the bracket goes (1-8 and (3-6 or 4-5)??)

East: Detroit VS NJ
Winner: NJ in 5

NBA Champs: Sacramento in 7

Not to change the subject but- any word if the games will be broadcast in HDTV? The NCAA final four and championship games looked awesome.

"but just a question if NBA outlawed the dunk..."

That brings up an interesting point;
The NCAA outlawed the dunk for a while back in the 60's when Lew Alcindor (now Kareem Abdul Jabbar) was in his second year at UCLA. His response? He developed the most unstoppable shot in basketball history, the "Sky Hook". I'm surprised no player since has picked up on it.
