how much do you think?

i'm wanting to get rid of my old stuff and get new stuff. my friend wants to get a setup for his little brother, but i'll offer him this for a good price:

800 mhz duron processor
fic az11 motherboard
768 mb's of sdram (all crucial)
kaiser nvidia tnt II m64 w/32 mb's ram

what do you all think is a decent price for this stuff? all of it is in great condition.
