Procom Plus 4.8 is a total waste of money!!!!Spent 3 days trying to set up as terminal imulater to access a unix system..symantec tech support is worthless,on thier web page,and thier 800 number..that they charge for.Finally after all my efforts,I used a copy of bitware,that i got with a 12 dollar modem..logged in with no problem within 10 minutes...now comes the fun part of trying to return thier ****ty software...Symantec,our software doesn't do what we say it will!!!

Sorry bout your luck dude. At work we use reflection4 and reflectionx, no problems. I hear procom sucks too.
