If you've got WinXP, you could always try new themes.

but i'm setting my visual setting to the best performance which means i'm using the basic WIN Me skin

and still Microsoft outlook office outlook has it's own skin .
i can't find any options for changing the skin in it's Options

does that means that Microsoft just doesn't want any one to change the way that outlook looks like ?

please if any one knows how to change outlook skin tell me

Umm, is there some reason why you are replying to a 4yr. old thread?

The answer AFAIK hasn't changed.

You can always use another e-mail client - Thunderbird has plenty of themes - from making it look like Outlook and/or IE 7 to looking like the Mac OS to looking like your kids used crayons to draw all the buttons.
