Interesting EULA from MS

I have never noticed this before. I noticed it because I was trying to use Windows Update to update a XP machine but the Accept button wasn't showing. Here is the part that I noticed:

You may not disclose the results of any benchmark test of the .NET Framework component of the OS Components to any third party without Microsoft’s prior written approval.
So basically they are saying that you can't benchmark and publish those results unless they are acceptable to MS.
