Ive been talking to some girl and I really liek her. Ive only been talking to her recently and my friend also got to know her. The thing is my friend has a car and I dont
cuz I didnt think I would need to drive in high school. Oh BTW im a senior and this is my best friend. My friend lieks her as well and he drives her around to places and now I thnk she is starting to like him more. I havent told her that I liek her or anything but ive basically been talking to her anytime I think she can talk. What should I do??? Oh ya my friend is a womanizer so that is the main reason why I am worried.

Love hurts! Talk with her. Tell her how you feel. You don't know until you ask!

I agree with what not important said and if that don't do the trick just remember you're still young and there are plenty of fish in the sea. No need to hurry love

I always found with wemon I ask them how they feel making it real easy to tell you what you want to hear.
as Not Important says you dont know untill you ask... you dont have to say much... just ask

Hey buddy, if you like her go for it and don't hesitate. I was in the same position you are in a few years ago but I didn't go for it. Now that girl is my good buddies g/f and I still kick myself in the butt.
Just be honest and be yourself, thats all anyone can ask of ya. Good Luck man

![]() Talk to her. Go easy and don't show your entire deck of cards yet (that means, don't look like you desperately want a date with her). By talking to her you will find out what things she likes so you know where you can invite her out for a date. Don't commit the same mistake as I did today, of inviting her to some place she doesn't like (I should have asked first); you will be rejected, look like a fool and end up feeling bad.

Find your way in life, then worry about girls. There's really no point in having a relationship at your age, and you will only end up disappointed and hurt in the end .

Tell her that your friend only has a "floppy", and that you have "a real big and fast hard drive".
She wont even look at him again Ok,enough of the jokes i guess. Tell her how you feel. I also want to know if your "friend" knows how you feel about her. If he does, and he goes after her, then he is no real friend at all. You need to get this out in the open before some real feelings get hurt. I wish you all the best.

Don't take this as advice but if its supposed to happen it will. My best buddy who had a real nice car and a hot girlfriend in my senior year of highschool while I was single and had the biggest oldest rusty car ever (I never thought a girl would want a ride in it even if they were stranded in the cold) so a few weeks after he started dating her i asked how it was going and she told me how she felt and ever since that night shes been mine and I wouldnt give her up for the world we have been together almost 2 years! So go and try it cant hurt

Relationships at that young an age are doomed. All of them. Have fun and be a kid, for gods sake. When you are 25 or older then get serious, everything else is playing. Don't invest your heart till you know it's right. As in it just happens, no force or manipulation at all.

You regret far more the things you did not do but wish you did, as opposed to the things that you did but wish you didn't. Just do it and learn. You still have a lot of learning ahead of you.

We have now been married for 14 years and have 2 awesome daughters. Almost 20 years together,so all relationsahips are not doomed at that age.It was tough at times, but we made it.I have never been happier! ps...we did not HAVE to get married either. first baby was conceived AFTER the wedding

You are young. Talk to her and be friednly and see how it goes. AT this age there are plenty of fish in the sea. Just be happy and enjoy yourself and you will be surprised with the results. I was desperate for a while and go nowhere. When I stopped looking next thing you knwo I had two g/fs at the same time (not recommended) |

Go for it. Better to regret you tried, than to regret you didn't.
Also, remember that success is accomplishing the goals you have control over. If you invite her out, and she doesn't want, (as in my case ), you are still successful, since you tried and did what you wanted. This is what you have control over, your actions. You cannot control her decision. So, if she agrees, congrats! If she doesn't congrats to you for successing in trying and don't take it too seriously. All are experiences in your log, and you mature because of them. Even if it feels bad, you still mature because of it. My 2 pennies. |

Let's see now-you're still in highschool. I'll be gentle. Ask yourself a few questions.
1. Do I like my freedom to do as I please? 2. Do I like having my own money to spend where & how I want to? 3. Do I enjoy wathing the games on the weekends, the history channel, or monster garage? Great movies like 'Plan 9 From Outer Space? ![]() 4. Do I like just cruisin around checkin out the chicks? 5. Do I plan to have a life of my own someday? 6. Do I ever want to enjoy a single moment of peace & solitude again? 7. Do I see any possible downside to being chained down to one girl during the time of my life when I'm in close proximity to hundreds of un-married, realtively slim, childless women, while I'm near the peak of my sexual prowness? (think long & hard about this one) If ya answered yes to 2 or more of the above, then flee for your life budddy. Expensive, hours long trips to the mall, the woman's channel, Dawsons Creek, Ally McBeal reruns, Sleepless in Seattle, and a dull econobox car are in your immediate future. BTW, I'm 53 and have had some 'small' amt experience in matters relating to the fairer sex. I also raised 4 daughters-they made their boyfriend's lives miserable. I felt sorry for each of those unfortunate young men. Hell hath no fury.... |
