what dumb thing u done in last 2 weeks

what dumb thing u done in last 2 weeks that you wished u didn't do.

did a really dumb thing today. I went to a mall and disregarded a security instruction and went by him really slow. So he called a security guard on bike and he claimed i almost hit that guy i went buy. Anyway i tried to get him off my case by telling him to tell it to my lawyers(it works allot of times)this time it didn't work and he start saying i should respect the law etc so i told him if he don't take a hike i will sue the mall and i have allot of money etc. Anyway he got on his radio and told them to tow my car as soon he said the color of my car i just speed up and left really fast. Most likely he got my licences but don't see what he can do to me. Anyway what stupid things if any that u did and then wished you didn't do it.

i dont know if this is something dumb but hey

I was playing hockey(im the goalie) right and i guy comes in my zone and my guy has buck behind the net so in trying to block him from seeing which way my guy goes i always go in front of him but this time i stepped to far out of the crease and i sorta hit the guy in the head lol he fell down and i got a penalty 2 min and they scored after that. 9-1 for us though so it was kinda funny but it costa goal and i was benched for couple games

The dumbest thing I've done lately is leave my college applications till the last week of November (due Nov 30 for all state schools). Most of it is pretty simple, but the UC essays are taking me quite a while to write, and it's hard to enjoy a 5 day thanksgiving weekend with application deadlines looming overhead.

ylen... you need GLC to "define" his comments.... you have real issues with authority and seem to like to brag about it.

Hal said it in a nutshell. Seems to me half your posts on this board involve you disagreeing with some kind of law or rule and disregarding it, then whining when you are taken to task. You are free to disagree, but not free to ignore or violate.

The proper response to the guy on the bike would have been "I'm sorry, sir, it won't happen again, I made a mistake", not "take it up with my lawyers".

yes it was dumb and stupid and yes glc u are correct that would have been easy thing to say and everything would have been over in 10sec but i guess because he started giving me a lecture on law i decided not to take it.

Mystevearn what law did i break for which i can be arrrested. They were not cops he acknowledge that him self, i didn't hit anyone. The force thing that i can see that can happen is for the mall to get a restraining order gainst me to keep me from going to that mall again.

They dont need a restraining order. Its called criminal trespass notice, all they have to do is notify you verbally that you are not welcome on their property, if you come on their property again you can be arrested for trespassing, no restraining order needed. you do need to remember that it is private property and they can tow your vehicle shall they see it in the parking lot, for no reason.

Let me explain it. I entered the parking lot and after 20 fit was a stop sign and security guards on each side. The guy that was facing me told me to stop as they were letting other cars on other side thru. I ignored that and was moving pass him pretty close to him as he was standing in the middle of the road. When I entered the parking lot and stop to wait for a car to get out so I can park there a security guard on bike drove by me and stopped, I rolled down the window and I ask him if he had a problem and he said yes so I ask what is the problem and he said you almost hit one of the guys and started saying how I should follow the law etc. At that point I told him to tell it to my lawyer he then said this is private property and I have to obey there orders at that time I told him to take a hike or I will sue the mall for everything they got at which point he decide to call dispatch and request that my car be towed at which pointy I just got out of there

Why don't you just get off your high horse, realize that you're not above the law and learn to follow a few directions.

Let me guess... you're one of the "me generation".

EVERYONE,

Please back off of ylen13. I defend him in most respects. Although I too have been in many incidents of stupidity (ie, running from cops, and a bunch of stuff you may or may not want to hear about), I have to defend him because his disregard for authority is actually quite normal. Cops can be such tards and many seem to have ten foot poles up their behinds, thereby making others feel the need to not only question their authority but to also blatantly disregard it.

Although his action was not the best short term solution, it adds a bit of humbleness to that stupid biker cop's conciousness (or least it should). He should now know that he means diddly squat to many people. He can step down off his high horse because no one cares what he thinks or tries to bully into others. In other words, I feel that ylen13's action was a good long term solution.

True, he should not have disregarded the rule in the first place, but also the cop should know his role as a simple keeper of the peace, not an instigator of more trouble...

As a police officer i find this post troubling. Yes i will agree that there are some police officers that do have 10 foot poles up their asses, but that is a very small minority, say less than 5%. Police are there for the safety of the public. There are rules that are put in place to keep the public safe, and if you are disregarding these rules then the police must do their job and point that out to you and the consequences of not following these rules, hence the lecture the security guard gave.

Well, I respect your job and all, but I must stand by my previous statement that too many cops are on a power trip. I AM a trouble maker, but I am also a very good person (meaning I care about most people, I love more than I hate etc.) yet whenever I run into a cop it is ALWAYS bad cop before good cop.

One time I was talked to by two cops. One was a huge mean looking one and so I knew he was gonna play bad cop, but then I saw this small dude who was really nice looking and to my surprise he played bad cop too! So I had to deal with two bad cops even though I later was proven innocent.

That is just one small incident that I had to endure. It completely destroyed my perception of "cops are your friends" that they try to brainwash into you when you're young. Unless the cops in California and the cops in Michigan fall into that 5%, I would have to say my luck is terrible.

Although many would argue that I bring much of it on myself, that may be true by the way, however it does not rebuttal my statement that many cops are abusive.
