I thought it would just be non-binding suggestions. Pointless, maybe, but I don't see how it could cost jobs.

I saw a video game on TechTv the other day that was suppose to help improve your "Chi", look pretty funny to me. I can't see how the resolution would cost more money for what I read is that it's non-binding, of course I could be wrong. Here's a quote from the article :

"The resolution, which is non-binding, must pass a committee before it can be considered by the full Assembly"
