FedEx Shipping Question
What does FedEx do if no one is at home when the stuff that I ordered arrives? I hope they don't just leave it in front of the doorstep like UPS does with less expensive things...

In my experience they just leave a note on the door and try again the next day.

They would not leave my stuff until I signed a paper stating that they had permission to do so.
If you do not sign that paper, they will wait until someone is home.

They will just leave a note for you. You can also leave a note for them on your door to tell them to leave with your neighbor or in the backyard. I've done that with ups and fedex.

sometimes fedx leaves things and sometime not,i think it depends on wheather it is labeled deliver only with signature?or maybe its just because i live in a little bitty town(650) people and they know me.
