How do you navigate PC Mech?

Just curious. Which is your typical way of viewing The Mech?

I was tempted to say that I was on it all the time, and no link was needed, but I didn't.

I first check out the main PCMech page for any news articles and new threads. Then I open the main forums page and open a forum from each section (Hardware, Software, General) and browse to see if anything catches my eye.

I do new posts.... somewhat hard to sift through the 140 some topics when I get home from school, or the 1k when I got back from my trip, but I only end up reading a handfull of them.

Funny thing about this poll, PR, is that the bottom two options in theory will get no votes... because those people don't come to a General Discussion forum

just like the above two, although I spend quite a bit more time in the hardware forum than software, I only venture over there occassionaly, especially when I have a software quirk that's buggin me!

I always go to the home page first. Read the news, look at the new posts. I click any that I think I can help with or contribute to, so that people get responses fast. Then, when they are slow, I check out GD and Programming/web developement, then if i have time still, i just read posts to increase my computing knowledge. This place is like the M$ Knowledge Base, exept for the fact that its not m$ thank god.

I have My IE2 set up to open both my Hotmail inbox and the PCMech forums when I press the internet button on my keyboard. From there I simply look at the subjects of the email notifications from PCMech and go to that thread in the other tab. After I have read all the replys I read new threads and reply if I want to. It is very efficient. The nice thing about Hotmail is that it's tied in with MSN Messenger and whenever someone replys it pops up and tells me. That's why I reply so quickly.

I come into the forums, then check the user cp to see if anyone has replied to the threads I'm subrscribed to. After I check that I randomly go through each section.
