Thumbs down Paging effect with latest ATI driver versions.

Has anyone else noticed an irritating paging effect with the last couple of drivers from ATI? I keep going back to my old 3.9 driver, it seems to work better.

90 Hertz. I seem to get the best image quality using that setting.
