Question Notebook Graphics Card

I recently bought a new notebook. I was just wondering if it is possible to update the video card in the notebook. The one that came with it is not very good and I would like to get a Nvidia or Radeon for it. Ive never seen cards for notebooks so I was just wondering if it is even possible?

Most of the time, no. However, there are a few models out there that have mobile radoen cards (which can be replaced).

What brand and model notebook do you have?
